Demonstration boundaries

Privacy, safety
and clear expectations.

EMRWise currently demonstrates a hospital-record workflow using synthetic patients. It is not approved or offered here as a production clinical system.

What information belongs here

Use synthetic patient information only. Do not enter real patient names, identifiers, records, images or contact information. Staff account details and access requests are stored for managing this demonstration.

Account access

Staff access is by invitation, with a password and authenticator-app verification. Hospital membership and professional role govern the available actions. Clerical and administrative access does not grant permission to write clinical notes.

Documentation and AI

The assistant combines authorised encounter context and ApolloMedAI knowledge retrieval with a local general-purpose model on AWS Sydney. It also offers deterministic record assembly. Generated review questions, clinical considerations, result explanations and documentation drafts are not clinically validated. Use synthetic cases only. Review every draft before signing. No AI output automatically prescribes, signs or sends a document.

Medication and result boundaries

Medication screens demonstrate reconciliation records; they are not validated prescribing or medication-administration charts. Observations and results are manual demo entries. The system is not an acute-deterioration monitoring or emergency-response service. Document delivery and external hospital feeds are not connected.

Hosting and governance

The demo is hosted on AWS in Sydney. This statement describes the application host, not a certification of compliance. A real hospital rollout needs its own legal, privacy, security, clinical-safety, availability and integration assessments. Billing is deferred.

Access, correction and support

Use the hospital administrator or superadmin responsible for your invitation for demonstration-account support, access changes and deletion requests. Password recovery by email is not connected. Keep your authenticator recovery codes safely stored.
